Long Beach State track & field will host six weeks of open clinics for all throwing events at Jack Rose Track on the LBSU campus starting June 24.

Long Beach State freshman Willie Alexander earned USTFCCCA All-America distinction for the 2013 NCAA Division I Outdoor season the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association announced Monday.
