In a field dominated by big name California programs, the UC Merced cross country teams held their own Saturday in the UC Irvine Invitational.

MERCED, Calif. – UC Merced men's and women's cross country coach, Ryan Nunez, announced the teams' 2015 schedule today, with the Bobcats set to open the season on September 5th at the UC Irvine Invitational. 

The University of California Merced Athletic Department is gaining more and more respect with every athletic feat it accomplishes this year. Now it will gain a voice.
