The Georgetown College duo of John Michael Mayo and Derek Sword will compete in the NAIA National Championships on Thursday, May 22nd in Edwardsville, Illinois.

Westmont Athletics is pleased to extend an invitation to all runners for the Fourth Annual Westmonster 5K on Thursday evening, August 15. The race, which is part of the 2013 Santa Barbara Athletic Association Grand Prix Series, raises scholarship money for Westmont student-athletes. The course takes participants through the beautiful Westmont campus in the Montecito foothills. A free kids' 1,000 meter race will also take place. Dinner will be provided for all participants after the race. The race, which is open to everyone, begins at 6:00 next to the Westmont Track. Race day registration begins at 5:00 p.m. but participants are encouraged to register online at http://www.westmont.edu/westmonster. An early registration fee of $35 is available through July 31, after which the registration fee increases to $40. Children can participate in the 5K race for $15.
